Job Opportunity: Revenue & Reservations Manager
RAAYA by Atmosphere is seeking a dedicated and innovative Revenue & Reservations Manager to lead the resort’s reservations and revenue optimization strategies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving occupancy, profitability, and guest satisfaction by ensuring seamless reservation processes, developing pricing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
As Revenue & Reservations Manager, your duties will include:

Reservations Management:
Oversee daily reservation operations using hotel reservation systems (such as Opera PMS) to handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently. Ensure accurate data entry and management to prevent discrepancies and booking conflicts. -
Revenue Strategy Development:
Work closely with the Corporate Revenue and Distribution team to formulate and implement dynamic pricing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue across all accommodation categories. Leverage market demand patterns and stay trends to make real-time rate adjustments. -
Channel Distribution Oversight:
Manage and optimize all distribution channels including online travel agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and the resort’s direct booking platforms. Ensure seamless integration and up-to-date availability across all portals. -
Market & Competitive Analysis:
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to discover opportunities for growth and revenue optimization. Use this data to forecast demand and guide strategic pricing decisions. -
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Partner with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align promotional campaigns, booking systems, and revenue initiatives. Ensure that pricing and promotional strategies are consistently represented across all platforms. -
Revenue Meetings & Forecasting:
Conduct weekly revenue meetings to review performance metrics, business on books, and upcoming events. Provide accurate revenue forecasts and reports to senior leadership for strategic planning. -
Team Training & Supervision:
Train, mentor, and supervise the reservations team to uphold brand standards and achieve sales targets. Promote continuous development to ensure the team remains efficient, customer-focused, and aligned with company values. -
Data Auditing & Compliance:
Regularly audit reservation and revenue data for accuracy and integrity. Identify system or process gaps and recommend solutions. Ensure all revenue processes comply with financial reporting standards and internal audit requirements. -
Revenue Leak Prevention:
Proactively monitor all revenue streams and identify leakage points or underperforming segments. Recommend tactical solutions to increase revenue retention and boost overall profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To qualify for the role of Revenue & Reservations Manager at RAAYA by Atmosphere, candidates must meet the following criteria:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Revenue Management, or a related discipline.

Proven professional experience in revenue and reservations management, preferably in the luxury hotel or resort sector.

Advanced knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Fornova or other rate shopping tools is a plus.

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to executive leadership clearly and confidently.

Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, with experience in managing and training multicultural teams.

Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic market conditions and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural work environment.
