F&B Service Department
1. Assistant – F&B Service (Maldivian Nationality)
Join our Food and Beverage Service team, ensuring every dining experience is smooth and exceptional. Candidates must have a friendly personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle guest service with poise.
2. In-Villa Dining (IVD) Order Taker
The IVD Order Taker is responsible for receiving in-room dining orders, coordinating timely delivery, and ensuring guest satisfaction. A clear communicator with attention to detail and excellent coordination skills will thrive in this role.
Food Production Department
3. Junior Sous Chef – Multi-cuisine
This is a high-responsibility role for culinary professionals with expertise in various global cuisines. You will assist the Sous Chef in food preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
4. Kitchen Assistant – Mediterranean Cuisine
Support our culinary experts in preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes. You should have a basic understanding of food safety and a willingness to learn and contribute to kitchen efficiency.
5. Kitchen Assistant – Continental Cuisine
Assist with the creation of classic and contemporary Continental dishes. Candidates with prior kitchen experience and a passion for international cuisine are encouraged to apply.
Front Office Department
6. Front Office Assistant (Female) – Maldivian Nationality
Serve as the first point of contact for our guests and represent the warmth and professionalism of the Taj brand. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
7. Front Office Telephone Operator (Female) – Maldivian Nationality
This role requires excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to manage internal and external communications efficiently. Candidates must be polite, professional, and responsive.
8. Front Office Interns – Chinese, Arabic & Russian Speaking
This internship is ideal for language-proficient individuals looking to gain international experience. Interns will support front office operations, guest communication, and enhance cultural engagement.
Housekeeping Department
9. Housekeeping Assistant – Maldivian Nationality
Help maintain the resort’s impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation. Candidates should be detail-oriented, hardworking, and passionate about maintaining a luxurious environment.
Security Department
10. Lifeguard
Responsible for the safety of guests in and around the water. Candidates must have valid lifeguard certification and strong swimming skills. Previous experience in a resort environment is preferred.
Spa Department
11. Hair Stylist cum Therapist – Maldivian Nationality
We are seeking a professional with experience in hairstyling, spa therapies, and client care. You must be skilled in delivering beauty and wellness treatments while ensuring client comfort and relaxation.
Engineering Department
12. Engineering Assistant – Electrical
This role involves maintenance and repair of the resort’s electrical systems. Applicants must have relevant qualifications and technical experience, with the ability to troubleshoot and ensure consistent operation of all electrical equipment.
