Receptionist (Intern — Maldivian Female Preferred)
As a receptionist at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every guest's arrival is met with warmth, professionalism, and a seamless check-in experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they arrive.
- Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
- Answer guests' inquiries, providing accurate information about resort facilities, amenities, and activities.
- Manage guest bookings and reservations with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar position within a five-star resort or luxury hotel.
