Join Our Team as a Night Auditor
We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight operations, ensuring the smooth running of the resort’s financial and administrative processes. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily financial reconciliations and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance with any late-night requests.
- Monitor the resort’s security and safety measures during nighttime operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met.
- Manage room availability and reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded and balanced at the end of the shift.
- Prepare and distribute financial summaries and reports for the morning shift.
- Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
Core Attributes and Qualifications

✅ Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
