The Role: Laundry Attendant
The Laundry Attendant will play an essential role in ensuring that every guest has an impeccable and luxurious experience at The Nautilus Maldives. As a Laundry Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to manage the resort’s laundry operations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and quality.
This is a pivotal position within the resort, ensuring that guests enjoy pristine linens, clothing, and other personal items throughout their stay. Attention to detail is crucial in this role, as the resort prides itself on offering only the finest services to its elite clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laundry Operations: Efficiently manage the resort’s laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens, clothing, and other fabrics. Ensure all laundry items are handled with care and attention to detail.
- Guest Items Care: Handle guest laundry requests promptly and professionally, ensuring guests' items are returned in perfect condition. This includes ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Quality Control: Inspect laundry items for any damage or staining and make necessary arrangements for repairs or special treatments. Maintain the resort’s high-quality standards at all times.
- Organization and Efficiency: Maintain an organized laundry room and ensure efficient workflow. This includes keeping track of laundry inventory, such as detergent, softeners, and other necessary supplies.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure all laundry equipment and machinery are in good working order. Regularly clean and maintain laundry rooms and equipment to meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Candidate Qualifications:
