Position Overview
The HR & Welfare Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department by managing associate welfare, well-being, and engagement programs. This role ensures that our employees have a positive work environment, access to necessary support services, and benefit from welfare initiatives that enhance their job satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for creating a supportive workplace. If you have the ability to engage and inspire employees while ensuring that company policies are effectively implemented, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Employee Welfare & Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for associates’ welfare concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
- Plan and organize wellness programs, team-building activities, and engagement events to boost morale and job satisfaction.
- Monitor and address employee concerns, ensuring a healthy work culture.
✔ Accommodation & Living Standards
- Oversee employee accommodations, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Address accommodation-related concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for necessary improvements.
✔ HR Administration & Documentation
- Assist in maintaining HR records, including associate profiles, benefits, leave management, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and workplace regulations.
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs to help associates integrate into the workplace.
✔ Performance & Discipline Support
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and grievance procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR-related concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or human resources industry.
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, dynamic, and energetic personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with associates, department heads, and management.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
