Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu, Maldives
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction at the resort. You will oversee the housekeeping team to ensure that rooms, public areas, and resort facilities are immaculately maintained and reflect the high standards of luxury and hospitality that Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu is known for.

Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising Housekeeping Operations: Managing a team of housekeeping associates, including room attendants and cleaning staff, to ensure all areas meet the resort’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Conducting Inspections: Regularly inspecting rooms, public spaces, and resort facilities to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation.
- Training & Development: Providing ongoing training to housekeeping associates on cleaning techniques, use of equipment, safety protocols, and guest service standards.
- Handling Guest Requests & Complaints: Addressing guest concerns regarding room cleanliness or housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating with Other Departments: Collaborating with the front office, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Keeping track of housekeeping supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels, and managing inventory records.
- Implementing Quality Standards: Enforcing resort policies and industry best practices for hygiene, sanitation, and environmental sustainability.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong ability to interact professionally with guests and handle requests or complaints with diplomacy.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a dynamic and energetic approach to team management.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene regulations, and eco-friendly cleaning practices is an advantage.
