We are looking for a highly skilled Electrician to join our Engineering team. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Electrician at Siyam World, you will be responsible for:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in villas, restaurants, and public areas within the resort.
- Troubleshooting and repairing single-phase and three-phase motors, ensuring smooth electrical operations.
- Inspecting and repairing electrical wiring networks, addressing faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Handling equipment control panels, diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure operational efficiency.
- Working closely with the Engineering team to maintain high safety and quality standards across all resort facilities.
- Following all electrical safety regulations and ensuring compliance with local electrical codes.
- Responding to maintenance requests from other departments, ensuring guest satisfaction and uninterrupted resort operations.
Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
✔ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond and adapt to various situations.
✔ Excellent team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
✔ Self-starter and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently when required.
✔ Technical expertise in electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and motor repair.
✔ Familiarity with equipment control panels and their maintenance.
✔ Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
