Position: Corporate Finance Manager
Pulse Hotels & Resorts is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Manager to play a key role in overseeing financial operations across the group. This position requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to manage financial transactions, budgets, tax matters, and corporate banking functions.

Key Responsibilities
The Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing corporate finance operations (80% of the role) and resort finance functions (20% of the role).
Corporate Finance Responsibilities (80%)

Manage Corporate Disbursements: Oversee and ensure all corporate payments are processed accurately and on time.

Budgeting & Financial Planning: Lead the preparation, monitoring, and management of the group's annual budget.

Credit Card & Expense Management: Ensure accurate reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions and expense reporting.

Intercompany Transactions: Handle billing, collections, and reconciliation of intercompany financial transactions.

Financial Transactions & Tax Compliance: Manage tax-related transactions for the ownership entity, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

Finance Oversight for Related Entities: Streamline financial operations across multiple entities within the group.

Tax Management: Oversee tax filings, MIRA portal management, and tax-related matters for resorts and corporate entities.

Banking & Financial Relationships: Manage banking operations, including maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.

Month-End Closures: Ensure the timely and accurate closing of monthly financial statements for Pulse entities.

Salary & Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and error-free salary disbursements.

Regulatory Payments: Manage payments for customs, MPL, pensions, work permits, and visas across all properties.
Resort Operations Responsibilities (20%)

Financial Leadership: Assist the Group Director of Finance (GDOF) in managing quarterly Financial Controller meetings.

Training & Compliance: Conduct IFRS accounting standard training sessions for the finance teams.

Onboarding & Support: Assist in onboarding and integrating new Financial Controllers into the company.

Audit & Statutory Compliance: Support resort teams in completing annual external audits and meeting statutory financial requirements.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in corporate finance, financial planning, and taxation. You should have excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Professional Certifications: ACCA, CPA, CA, or other recognized finance qualifications are highly desirable.

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Software Proficiency: Experience working with financial software, MIRA portals, and MS Office Suite.

Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead finance teams, work collaboratively, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex financial transactions.
