As a Food & Beverage Service Expert, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service by attending to guests’ needs in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensuring that all food and beverage service is executed according to the resort’s high standards.
- Assisting with menu recommendations, food and beverage pairings, and ensuring the overall dining experience is memorable.
- Managing and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, including the timely setup and breakdown of tables.
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests.
