Service Department
Restaurant Manager (Maldivian Nationality)
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring top-tier guest experiences.
- Manage staff, train team members, and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service teams.
- Monitor inventory, orders, and cost control measures.
- Prior experience in restaurant management within a luxury setting preferred.
F&B Assistant (Maldivian Nationality)
- Assist in the daily operations of food and beverage service.
- Support senior team members in managing guest interactions and dining experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards in dining areas.
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage.
IVD Assistant (Maldivian Nationality)
- Handle in-villa dining services, ensuring prompt and efficient food delivery.

Food Production Department
Maldivian Chef – Associate Restaurant
- Prepare authentic Maldivian cuisine, ensuring traditional flavors and high quality.
- Innovate and enhance Maldivian dishes while maintaining authenticity.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and new recipes.
- Experience in a professional kitchen setting preferred.
Junior Sous Chef (Multi-Cuisine) – Associate Restaurant
- Assist the executive chef in daily kitchen operations.
