Guest Experience Maker (French/Arabic Speaking)

As a Guest Experience Maker, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience at SO/ Maldives. You will interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, responding to their needs and requests, and ensuring their stay is seamless from start to finish. This role requires fluency in French or Arabic, as you will be assisting a diverse clientele and ensuring that their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
  • Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, including special arrangements.
  • Maintain an intimate knowledge of all resort services, amenities, and activities.
  • Provide information and recommendations regarding dining, entertainment, and local excursions.
  • Address guest inquiries or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in French or Arabic, with strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.

Guest Experience Porter

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage and offering a warm welcome.

  • Ensure luggage is handled efficiently and delivered to the appropriate location.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and assist them with seating arrangements.
  • Maintain an efficient reservation system and ensure smooth seating flow.
  • Manage guest expectations and coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff.
  • Provide information on the menu, specials, and restaurant services.
