Store Helper
As a Store Helper, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team in the day-to-day running of the store and warehouse operations. Your role will include organizing inventory, handling stock levels, assisting in the preparation and processing of orders, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the storage areas. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently and efficiently are key skills for success in this role.
Housekeeping Department
Tailor
As a Tailor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the resort’s linen, uniforms, and other fabric-based items are well-maintained and fit for use. You will be tasked with taking measurements, stitching, and repairing garments, ensuring they meet the high standards of Patina Maldives. Experience in tailoring and fabric handling, along with a keen eye for detail, are essential for this position.
Front Office Department
Essentialist (Female Local)
The Essentialist is the heart of the guest experience in the Front Office team. You will be responsible for providing personalized services to our guests, ensuring that all their needs are met and that their stay is comfortable and memorable. The role involves check-in/check-out procedures, handling guest requests, and offering insider knowledge about the resort and local attractions. A local, female candidate is preferred for this position due to the nature of the role and guest interactions.
Essentialist (Chinese Speaker)
As a Chinese-speaking Essentialist, your focus will be on providing excellent service to our Mandarin-speaking guests. You will assist with check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and concierge services. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Communications Agent
The Communications Agent is responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication between the resort's various departments and ensuring smooth interactions with guests. This role involves handling guest messages, coordinating between teams, and managing communication systems. A high level of organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.
Recreation Department
Kids Club & Recreation Team Leader (Russian Speaker)
As the Kids Club & Recreation Team Leader, you will oversee the operation of the Kids Club, ensuring that children have a safe and enjoyable time while participating in a range of activities. Fluency in Russian is required, as you will be working with Russian-speaking families. Leadership and organizational skills are essential, as you will manage a team of recreation attendants and collaborate with other departments to create engaging, educational activities for young guests.

Resort Programme & Events Executive
As the Resort Programme & Events Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events and programs that enhance the guest experience. This role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring seamless event execution, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Strong project management skills, creativity, and a passion for events are essential.
Reservations Agent
The Reservations Agent will handle guest inquiries, reservations, and booking confirmations. You will assist guests in planning their stay at Patina Maldives, ensuring their needs and preferences are met. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in reservation systems are key to success in this role.
Engineering Department
Utility Operator
The Utility Operator is responsible for maintaining the resort's operational systems, including water, electrical, and HVAC systems. You will work closely with the Engineering team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of these systems and conduct routine inspections and repairs. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in utilities management are essential.
Kitchen & Laundry Technician
The Kitchen & Laundry Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment, laundry machines, and other essential resort appliances. You will ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally and assist with troubleshooting and repairs when needed. Technical skills in kitchen and laundry machinery are required for this position.
