1. Butler (Female) — Chinese Language Speaker
The role of the Butler is pivotal in delivering personalized service to our guests. As a Butler at OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring that each guest’s needs are met with attention to detail, elegance, and the highest standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing personalized and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences to enhance their stay.

Greeting and escorting guests to their villas, offering assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.

Assisting guests with requests such as dinner reservations, transportation, spa appointments, and special requests.

Ensuring that each guest’s villa is prepared to their liking, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Coordinating with various departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
