About the Role
Raffles Maldives Meradhoo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations, ensuring an exceptional level of cleanliness and comfort for guests. This role is essential in maintaining the resort’s prestigious reputation by delivering impeccable service standards across guest rooms, public spaces, and the laundry department.
As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key role in leading the housekeeping team, implementing quality standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring all areas, including guest rooms and public spaces, meet the highest cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Provide professional, engaging, and friendly service, upholding the renowned Raffles hospitality experience.
- Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency in operations.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all guest accommodations and resort facilities are in impeccable condition.

- Effectively manage housekeeping and laundry expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Previous experience in a similar position within a luxury island resort, demonstrating expertise in housekeeping management.

- Fluency in Dhivehi and English, enabling effective communication with team members and guests.
