Milaidhoo Maldives is currently looking for a Villa Attendant to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort, cleanliness, and satisfaction of our guests throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities of the Villa Attendant:
As a Villa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing impeccable service to our guests, ensuring that all areas of the villa are kept in pristine condition. Your responsibilities will include:
- Villa Preparation and Maintenance: You will be tasked with cleaning and maintaining the villas to the highest standards, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all areas are tidy and well-organized.
- Guest Interaction: You will be responsible for creating a personalized and memorable experience for guests by offering assistance with special requests and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Attention to Detail: You will ensure that every detail in the villa is perfect, from arranging flowers to ensuring the villa is equipped with everything the guest needs to feel comfortable.
- Collaboration with Team Members: Working closely with the housekeeping and front office teams, you will help ensure that the villa is prepared and ready for guests, providing a seamless and high-quality service experience.
- Creating ‘Milaidhoo Moments’: You will contribute to creating memorable moments for guests by anticipating their needs and providing thoughtful touches that exceed their expectations.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in both the interior and exterior of the villa, including terraces, pools, and other private areas.
Candidate Qualifications:
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Villa Attendant or in a similar role in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
- Fluency in English: Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential for this role.
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to organize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
