Now Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive
Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, maintaining sales tracking files, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the resort’s marketing initiatives. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing and the sales team in administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain and update sales tracking files, client databases, and other essential documents.
- Support the development of sales strategies to drive revenue and enhance brand visibility.
🔹 Client Relations & Communication
- Act as a liaison between the resort and potential clients, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
- Assist in coordinating marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and advertising efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards in all communications and client interactions.
🔹 Event & Site Inspection Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of familiarization (FAM) trips, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
- Organize site inspections and work closely with other departments to showcase the property to potential business partners.
- Ensure that all sales and marketing events are aligned with the resort’s brand identity and strategic objectives.
🔹 Market Analysis & Reporting
- Support the sales team by gathering and analyzing market trends, competitor insights, and client feedback.
- Prepare reports and presentations to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Work with the Director of Sales & Marketing to implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Your Experience & Skills
✔ Ability to Adapt to Island Life
- Comfortable working in a remote location, embracing the unique lifestyle that comes with it.
✔ Multi-tasking & Stress Management
- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
✔ Strong Communication & Organizational Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
✔ Attention to Detail & Time Management
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
✔ Technical Skills
- Previous experience with Opera PMS is required.
- Background knowledge in Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) is a plus.
✔ Team-Oriented & Self-Motivated
- A team player who can collaborate with colleagues across departments while also taking initiative independently.
