Available Job Positions
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Housekeeping
As part of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to cleanliness will be key in ensuring that our guests have an immaculate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that they meet the resort’s standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Ensure all supplies are stocked and available for use.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Assist with guest requests and ensure all guest services are met promptly.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of the resort.
2. Public Area Attendant
As a Public Area Attendant, your role will be to ensure that the resort’s public spaces remain spotless and welcoming at all times. You will work diligently to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all communal areas to enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain public areas, including corridors, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of outdoor spaces, ensuring they are tidy and well-kept.
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the resort’s amenities, such as pools and spa areas.
3. Kitchen Commis III
Our Kitchen Commis III plays an essential role in assisting the kitchen team to prepare delicious meals and ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly. You will work under the guidance of senior chefs to learn and develop your culinary skills in a world-class environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation according to the chef’s instructions.
- Ensure that kitchen tools and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
- Support the kitchen team during service and help plate food.
- Assist with maintaining stock levels and inventory.
- Ensure that food is prepared to the highest standard in both taste and presentation.
4. Food & Beverage Waiter (Local)
The Food & Beverage Waiter will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the resort’s dining areas. Your primary goal is to ensure that guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience from the moment they are seated until they leave.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and delivering food and beverages to guests.
- Ensure tables are set up properly, ensuring that all necessary items are available for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant or bar area.
- Assist guests with menu selections, making recommendations as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidates for these roles should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: A proven history of working in 5-star resorts, particularly in the Maldives, is highly preferred.
- Passion for Hospitality: We are looking for candidates who are genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are required for all positions, as interaction with guests and colleagues is key to success.
