Available Job Position: Personal Butler
Siyam World is currently seeking a Personal Butler to join our team. As a Personal Butler, you will be responsible for providing personalized, exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their stay is seamless, luxurious, and unforgettable. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different situations and requests.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored services to guests, including arranging personal requests, coordinating special arrangements, and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Manage and oversee guest preferences, ensuring a personalized stay from the moment of arrival to departure.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest villas and public spaces.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping, food and beverage, and concierge teams to ensure all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Offer local insights, organize excursions, and provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, and activities.
- Act as a liaison between guests and other departments, ensuring communication is clear and timely.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Handle sensitive guest information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on resort offerings, promotions, and activities to provide the best recommendations to guests.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort environment.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs and preferences.
- Self-Starter: Must be proactive and able to work independently while also being an excellent team player.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle a wide range of situations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Attitude: Creative, innovative, and passionate about providing exceptional service to guests.
- Cultural Fit: Female Muslim candidates are preferred for this role.
