We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Minibar Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Sun Siyam Iruveli Maldives. This position is perfect for individuals with experience in resort housekeeping, particularly in minibar operations.
As a Minibar Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the minibar department, ensuring that all rooms are stocked to our high standards. The role is vital to maintaining the luxury experience that Sun Siyam Iruveli is known for, and you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the minibar team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ensure that all guest rooms and villas are fully stocked with minibar items, including beverages, snacks, and luxury products.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder items as necessary to ensure an uninterrupted supply of minibar products.
- Oversee the proper cleaning and maintenance of minibar items and equipment, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of minibar usage and inventory, ensuring that any discrepancies are quickly addressed.
- Ensure that guests have access to high-quality minibar offerings, reflecting the resort's commitment to luxury and satisfaction.
- Assist in the training and development of new minibar attendants and housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
