Position: IVD Waiter – Food & Beverage Service
As an IVD Waiter at JOALI BEING, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-villa dining experiences to our guests. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury service standards, attention to detail, and a passion for creating unforgettable dining moments in the privacy of our guests' villas.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Deliver in-villa dining services with precision, elegance, and attentiveness.
✔ Ensure that all food and beverages are served according to JOALI BEING’s high standards.
✔ Provide personalized and intuitive service, ensuring guest preferences are noted and remembered.
✔ Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, presentation, and service etiquette.
✔ Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless order execution.
✔ Set up and clear in-villa dining experiences, ensuring every detail is perfect.
✔ Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations for menu selections.
✔ Uphold JOALI BEING’s values of sustainability, integrity, and passion for wellbeing.
Candidate Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess a combination of skill, experience, and a service-oriented mindset.
✔ Minimum two years of experience in a luxury five-star resort or a similar high-end hospitality setting.
✔ Previous experience working in a remote island location is preferred.
✔ Strong understanding of luxury service standards and fine dining etiquette.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Outgoing personality, team player, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
✔ Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
✔ Passion for leading a healthy lifestyle, with an appreciation for wellbeing and sustainable living.
✔ Experience in managing and working with diverse cultures, fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment.
