1. Human Resources Officer

As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a key role in managing and supporting the resort’s HR functions. This position requires an individual with strong communication skills, a passion for people management, and the ability to maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Support HR policies and ensure compliance with resort and labor regulations.
  • Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient HR operations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Knowledge of Maldivian labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.

2. Imam cum Staff Shop Assistant

This unique role combines religious and retail responsibilities, ensuring the well-being of our employees through spiritual guidance and staff shop management. We are looking for an individual who is knowledgeable in Islamic teachings and has experience in handling retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct daily prayers and religious activities for staff members.
  • Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to employees.
  • Manage the staff shop, including inventory control and customer service.
  • Ensure that all religious activities align with Islamic teachings and resort policies.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Recognized Islamic studies certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience as an Imam or in leading religious programs.
  • Retail or shop management experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good communication skills in Dhivehi and English.

3. Stewarding Supervisor – Staff Canteen

A Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall efficiency of the staff canteen. This role ensures that employees have access to safe, clean, and well-maintained dining facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the stewarding team to ensure high cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain food hygiene and sanitation procedures according to safety guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory and manage the proper use of kitchen equipment.
  • Coordinate with the F&B team to ensure smooth operations in the staff canteen.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve the team’s efficiency and hygiene knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in stewarding or kitchen operations.
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
