Available Job Position: Head Chef (Local)
Sun Siyam Iruveli is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of menu planning, food cost control, kitchen management, and a strong ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire kitchen operation, ensuring that all culinary offerings meet the highest quality standards.
- Develop innovative and diverse menus that cater to an international clientele while incorporating local flavors.
- Implement and monitor food cost control strategies to optimize efficiency without compromising quality.
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with international regulations.
