Now Hiring: Guest Experience Maker (Local)

Six Senses Maldives is currently seeking passionate, service-driven individuals to join our team as a Guest Experience Maker (Local). This role is a fantastic opportunity for hospitality professionals who thrive in a luxury setting and are dedicated to delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Experience Maker, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring that their stay is seamless, enjoyable, and unforgettable. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival, ensuring they receive a warm and personalized introduction to the resort.
  • Acting as a personal host, anticipating guest needs, and providing tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinating with various resort departments to arrange special requests, dining reservations, excursions, and activities.
  • Maintaining excellent product knowledge to effectively communicate resort services, sustainability initiatives, and wellness programs to guests.
  • Handling guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Upholding Six Senses' brand standards and delivering a luxury hospitality experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Creating memorable moments that align with Six Senses' philosophy of sustainability, wellness, and immersive travel experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a luxury resort or hotel in a similar guest-facing role.
  • Certified Butler Certificate from a recognized institution.
  • Strong ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Outstanding English communication skills—both written and spoken. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various guest needs and requests.
  • A positive, proactive, and professional approach to work.
