Position Overview: Front Office Supervisor (Arabic and French Speaking)
As a Front Office Supervisor at Dhigali Maldives, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front office and providing an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee day-to-day activities, guide the front office team, and ensure that all guest interactions are handled with professionalism, care, and a commitment to excellence. Your ability to speak multiple languages, including English, Arabic, and French, will be a key asset in delivering personalized service to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience Management: Ensure all guest arrivals, departures, and in-house services are handled efficiently and in a manner that exceeds expectations. Provide assistance with guest inquiries, requests, and reservations, maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the front office team to ensure that operations are running smoothly. Provide training, support, and feedback to ensure a high-performing team.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor and manage the daily operations of the front office, including guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and billing. Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Multilingual Support: Utilize your proficiency in English, Arabic, and French to provide exceptional service to our international guests, addressing their needs in their preferred language.
- Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
- Administrative Duties: Ensure that all administrative tasks related to front office operations are completed accurately, including managing guest accounts, filing, and maintaining records.

- Suitable vocational trade qualifications (e.g., Hotel Management or Front Office Management) would be preferred.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is essential, as this role requires communication with a wide range of international guests.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with the ability to motivate and guide staff to ensure operational efficiency and excellent service.
- Experience in a Maldives resort setting is highly preferred due to the unique demands and operations of luxury island resorts.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using hotel management software and general office software (MS Office, etc.).
