Available Job Position: F&B Supervisor

OUTRIGGER Maldives Maafushivaru Resort is currently seeking an experienced Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and vibrant environment, where the highest standards of hospitality are always upheld.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our culinary and service teams, helping to maintain the impeccable dining experiences that our guests expect. You will play a key role in overseeing the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that all service standards are consistently met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the resort’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
  • Train, mentor, and lead a team of F&B staff, ensuring that they deliver top-notch service to guests at all times.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all food and beverage areas.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of seasonal menus and promotions, in line with the resort’s brand and guest preferences.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring that supplies are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to the resort’s service standards, safety protocols, and health regulations.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and other department heads to ensure a cohesive and harmonious work environment.
  • Provide excellent communication between the F&B team and other departments, ensuring smooth operations and optimal guest experiences.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort or luxury hotel environment, preferably in the Maldives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and guide a team of professionals.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A pleasant personality with a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with guests and team members alike.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
