Position: Waitress (Host) – Soneva Fushi
We are seeking a Waitress (Host) to join our Food & Beverage team at Soneva Fushi. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver impeccable food and beverage service at the resort’s fine dining outlets, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
- Provide personalized service, anticipating guests' needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency in the dining area.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver seamless food and wine pairings that enhance the dining experience.
- Engage with guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring that they feel welcome and well-cared for.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
- Work closely with the team to maintain smooth operations and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements & Skills:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
✔ Maldivian Applicants Only – This position is open exclusively for local candidates.
✔ Minimum 2 Years of Experience – Prior experience as a Waitress/Host in a luxury five-star resort or hotel is required.
✔ Educational Background – A Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
✔ Strong Communication Skills – Ability to interact with guests and team members effectively.
✔ Attention to Detail – Delivering flawless service that exceeds guest expectations.
✔ Team Player – Ability to work cohesively with a dynamic team.
