Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee Kitchen Operations: Ensure the smooth functioning of all kitchen operations while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

What We’re Looking For in an Executive Chef 🎯
RAAYA by Atmosphere seeks an individual who embodies both creativity and leadership, with a strong ability to bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Essential Requirements:
✔ Culinary Degree or Equivalent Training: A professional qualification in culinary arts is preferred, though extensive experience in luxury hospitality can be considered.
✔ Proven Executive Chef Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a senior culinary role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Prior experience in Maldives resorts is an added advantage.
✔ Expertise in Global Cuisine: Strong knowledge of both local Maldivian flavors and international culinary trends, with the ability to craft unique, diverse menus.
✔ Strong Leadership and Training Skills: Ability to motivate, train, and lead a team of chefs while fostering a culture of excellence.
✔ Ability to Handle Multi-Outlet Operations: Experience managing multiple restaurants and dining outlets within a luxury resort setting.
✔ Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: A team player who can effectively collaborate with management, guests, and staff.
