We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with experience in cost control and financial analysis, particularly within the hospitality industry.
Job Responsibilities
As a Cost Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the resort’s financial efficiency and profitability. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and analyzing food, beverage, and general inventory costs.
- Developing and maintaining cost control policies to optimize operational expenses.
- Reviewing and auditing purchases, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Conducting regular stock takes and variance analysis to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assisting in financial forecasting, reporting, and budget preparation.
- Collaborating with various departments to streamline procurement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Generating financial reports to assess cost trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
