Job Opportunity: Cluster Sales Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a Cluster Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between various departments. This role is crucial in maintaining high levels of organization, efficiency, and professionalism within our sales department.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Sales Administration & Coordination:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing contracts, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain an organized database of client records, sales reports, and correspondence.
- Support in managing sales inquiries and follow-ups to enhance client engagement.
✔ Client Relations & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Handle client requests professionally and provide necessary support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and appointments for potential business partners and clients.
✔ Data Management & Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports to assist with strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and revenue tracking.
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify business opportunities.
✔ Event & Sales Support:
- Support the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Assist in coordinating marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and promotional efforts.
Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
🎓 Education:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
💼 Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or a related role within the hospitality industry.
🖥 Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working with CRM software or sales-related tools is a plus.
🗣 Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
⏳ Time Management & Flexibility:
- Ability to work flexible hours, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
