As a Commis in the Cold Kitchen, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes, ensuring that all meals meet the resort’s high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare salads, cold appetizers, and desserts with precision and creativity.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort.

Front Office Department
Lifestyle Host (Maldivian)
The Lifestyle Host plays a key role in welcoming guests, assisting them throughout their stay, and ensuring they have a personalized and memorable experience.

- Assist with reservations, special requests, and guest inquiries.

- Maldivian nationality.

This role is similar to the Maldivian Lifestyle Host but requires fluency in Mandarin to assist Chinese-speaking guests.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Food & Beverage Department
Waiter/Waitress
