Bar Supervisor
As a Bar Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort’s bars and beverage services, ensuring that all guests receive top-quality service. Your role will include managing the bar staff, maintaining inventory levels, and creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all patrons.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory and ensure that bar supplies are well-stocked.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest standards and meet guest expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in creating innovative cocktail menus and promotional offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a resort or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to lead a team.
- A passion for cocktails, beverages, and guest service.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
IVD Order Taker (Local)
The IVD Order Taker is responsible for receiving and processing guest orders efficiently. You will serve as a key point of contact between guests and the resort’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring that all orders are accurately recorded and delivered on time.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
- Communicate guest orders effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Assist with menu knowledge, providing recommendations to guests when needed.
- Ensure that orders are delivered promptly and meet the resort’s high standards.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous resort or hotel experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Waiter/Waitress/Hostess (Local)
As a Waiter/Waitress/Hostess, you will be the face of the resort’s dining outlets, ensuring a memorable guest experience through exceptional service. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in accordance with the resort’s standards.
- Ensure that tables are clean and properly set.
- Assist guests with any special requests or inquiries.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth service operation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a resort or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
