We are looking to fill the following positions to help our resort continue to provide extraordinary experiences for our guests:
1. Assistant Human Resources Manager (Local)
The Assistant Human Resources Manager will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the recruitment process for new team members.
- Supporting HR initiatives and handling employee relations issues.
- Managing payroll and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Developing and implementing employee training and development programs.
- Helping to create a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Learning & Development Officer (Local)
The Learning & Development Officer is responsible for enhancing the skills of our team members and ensuring their ongoing professional development. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing training programs to improve employee performance.
- Coordinating workshops and training sessions.
- Monitoring employee progress and providing feedback.
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Training and Development.
- Experience in training or learning and development roles in the hospitality sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Imam cum Staff Shop Attendant (Local)
This dual-role position requires someone who can serve as an Imam and provide support at the Staff Shop. Responsibilities include:
- Leading prayers and religious services for the staff.
- Offering spiritual guidance and counseling when needed.
- Managing the staff shop, including handling sales and inventory.
- Ensuring the shop is stocked with essential items and operates smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Islamic practices and principles.
- Experience in a similar role within a hospitality or resort environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage the staff shop effectively, including handling cash and inventory.
4. Commis I – Staff Cafeteria (Local)
The Commis I will assist with food preparation and service in the staff cafeteria. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing meals for staff according to food safety standards.
- Assisting with kitchen organization and maintaining cleanliness.
- Ensuring the food quality is consistent and meets the resort’s high standards.
- Helping with inventory management and ensuring supplies are stocked.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment, ideally within a hotel or resort.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
