TRANSFER COORDINATOR (SEAPLANE/DOMESTIC)
As a Transfer Coordinator at Kandima Maldives, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless transfer experience for guests, ensuring that all arrangements for seaplane and domestic transfers are made efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing guest arrival and departure logistics, liaising with transportation providers, and ensuring that all guests are greeted with a professional and warm welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage seaplane and domestic transfers for all arriving and departing guests.
- Ensure timely communication between guests, resort staff, and transfer providers.
- Handle any transfer-related inquiries or issues to provide a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.
- Provide information about resort services, amenities, and activities to guests as part of a warm welcome.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality, preferably with seaplane or domestic transfer coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of the Maldives and its transport infrastructure is a plus.
FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Kandima Maldives is seeking a passionate and qualified Fitness Instructor to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a variety of fitness programs, from yoga and pilates to strength training and cardio classes, ensuring that our guests have access to a wide range of activities that promote wellness and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group fitness classes, ensuring they are engaging, motivating, and tailored to guests’ fitness levels.
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions for guests who require customized fitness programs.
- Maintain the fitness center, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and the area is clean and well-organized.
- Offer wellness guidance and advice to guests, promoting healthy lifestyles.

WAITER/WAITRESS
The position of Waiter/Waitress at Kandima Maldives involves delivering exceptional service to guests in one of our many dining venues. You will ensure that all guests experience the highest standards of service in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, present menus, and take orders for food and beverages.
- Ensure that orders are correctly entered into the system and accurately prepared by kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with courtesy and efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels and rotating inventory to avoid waste.

- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of resort supplies and materials.

- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain inventory levels.
