Commis
As a Commis, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. The role includes assisting in food storage, assisting chefs with meal prep, and ensuring that ingredients are ready for service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking according to the chefs' instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Assist in organizing the kitchen and managing inventory.
- Ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Demi Chef De Partie Teppanyaki
The Demi Chef De Partie Teppanyaki will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality Teppanyaki dishes to guests. The role involves maintaining kitchen standards, ensuring food preparation meets the restaurant's expectations, and providing an interactive and memorable experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Teppanyaki dishes with an emphasis on presentation and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Teppanyaki station.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items.
- Provide an engaging and interactive cooking experience for guests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, with expertise in Teppanyaki cooking.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for guest interaction.
Demi Chef De Partie
As a Demi Chef De Partie, you will be working under the supervision of the Chef De Partie, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes. You will play a key role in food preparation and ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and served on time.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes according to the menu.
- Ensure that food is prepared and served according to Gili Lankanfushi's standards.
- Work with the kitchen team to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering ingredients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.

Assistant Training Manager
The Assistant Training Manager is responsible for supporting the resort's training and development program. This position involves working with department heads to assess training needs and deliver training programs to staff, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the skills to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs for new and existing staff.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Ensure that all employees are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Support the HR department in maintaining employee development records.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in training and development within the hospitality industry is preferred.

Reservations Agent

- Provide detailed information about the resort’s offerings and facilities to potential guests.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a reservation or front desk role is an advantage.

Culinary Coordinator
The Culinary Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the resort’s kitchens. This includes managing inventory, ordering ingredients, and supporting the kitchen team with administrative duties to ensure the highest quality of food and service.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate kitchen activities and assist with inventory management.
- Support the culinary team with administrative tasks such as scheduling and orders.

Qualifications:

General Mechanic, AC & Electrician
The General Mechanic, AC & Electrician is responsible for maintaining and repairing the resort’s mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning systems. This role ensures that all equipment is functioning properly to provide the best possible experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the resort’s mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, electrical, or HVAC roles is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, air conditioning, and plumbing.
