Food & Beverage Department
📌 Restaurant Waiter & Restaurant Waitress
- Greet guests and provide exceptional dining service.
- Ensure tables are set and maintained to the highest standards.
- Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, specials, and pairing recommendations.
- Prior experience in fine dining or luxury resorts preferred.
📌 Assistant Bar Manager
- Assist in managing bar operations, ensuring top-tier service.
- Train and supervise bartenders to maintain consistent quality.
- Develop and introduce creative drink menus and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
Spa & Wellness Department
📌 Spa Attendant
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities.
- Assist guests in using spa services and ensure their comfort.
- Stock spa supplies and report maintenance issues as necessary.
- Experience in wellness or spa hospitality is an advantage.
Housekeeping & Front Office Department
📌 Housekeeping Coordinator (Female)
- Coordinate housekeeping staff schedules and assignments.
- Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
📌 Housekeeping Supervisor (Local)
- Oversee housekeeping operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff.
- Conduct inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
📌 Receptionist (Local Female)
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Provide information on resort facilities and activities.
- Prior experience in front office operations preferred.
📌 Front Office Supervisor (Local)
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Supervise and train front office team members.
- Handle guest concerns and provide solutions promptly.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office role required.
Marine & Entertainment Department
📌 Marine Biologist
- Conduct guided snorkeling and marine conservation programs for guests.
- Monitor coral reef health and participate in sustainability initiatives.
- Educate guests and staff on marine life and environmental conservation.
- A degree in Marine Biology or a related field is required.
📌 Entertainment Executive
- Plan and coordinate guest entertainment activities.
- Organize live performances, themed events, and recreational programs.
- Work closely with artists, DJs, and performers to enhance guest experiences.
- Experience in event management or hospitality entertainment preferred.
