We Are Hiring – Butler Manager
OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI is seeking an experienced Butler Manager to lead our world-class butler team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional with a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a dedication to providing luxury service at the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee Butler Services: Manage and supervise the butler team to ensure impeccable service, personalized experiences, and guest satisfaction.
✔ Maintain Excellence in Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive VIP treatment, anticipating their needs and delivering a seamless luxury experience.
✔ Train and Develop Staff: Provide continuous training and mentorship to enhance the skills and professionalism of the butler team.
✔ Handle Guest Requests and Complaints: Proactively address and resolve any guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
✔ Collaborate with Resort Departments: Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
✔ Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Assist in developing and refining SOPs to optimize efficiency and consistency in service.
✔ Stay Present on the Floor: Lead by example with hands-on involvement, ensuring all butler services are executed flawlessly.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
🔹 Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Additional certifications in hospitality are an added advantage.
🔹 Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a 5-star luxury resort with a butler service system.
- Prior experience working as a butler is a key requirement.
- Experience in handling VIP guests and creating bespoke guest experiences.
🔹 Skills & Competencies:
- Multi-lingual skills (fluency in Russian or Chinese is a strong advantage).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with high-profile guests.
- Negotiation skills to manage guest requests, concerns, and special requirements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and expertise in resolving guest complaints.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems, particularly Opera PMS and other hospitality software.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
