- Marine Life Expertise: Provide guests with detailed information on marine life and assist with snorkeling trips, ensuring their safety and enjoyment while exploring the underwater beauty of the Maldives.
- Resort Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the resort’s services, facilities, and activities, as well as the offerings of other ACCOR properties in the region and the local area. Provide recommendations to guests on activities and attractions.
