OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI is looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented Chinese-Speaking Butler (Female) to provide personalized and exceptional guest experiences. As a Butler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of luxury hospitality for our distinguished guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Guest Experience: Anticipate guests’ needs and provide customized services to ensure a memorable stay.
- Cultural Understanding: Assist Chinese-speaking guests by delivering seamless communication and understanding their specific preferences.
- Luxury Service Standards: Ensure every aspect of a guest’s experience aligns with the resort’s world-class standards.
- Daily Operations: Manage guest requests, coordinate activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day services within the assigned villas or residences.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain immaculate presentation and ensure all guest areas are clean, well-prepared, and welcoming.
- Coordination & Communication: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, dining, and concierge services, to provide a flawless guest experience.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Handle guest concerns with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury resort is required. Experience working in the Maldives is a significant advantage.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential for effective communication with guests.
- Service Excellence: A strong background in delivering personalized, high-end guest services with impeccable attention to detail.
