Position: Butler (Korean Speaking)
As a Butler at Baros Maldives, you will be the primary point of contact for our Korean-speaking guests, ensuring a seamless, luxurious, and personalized experience throughout their stay. You will provide exceptional service, anticipate guest needs, and curate bespoke experiences that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver highly personalized and attentive service to all guests, with a special focus on Korean-speaking visitors.
- Provide expert knowledge on resort facilities, dining options, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist guests with reservations, private experiences, and special requests to ensure an unforgettable stay.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion, ensuring a professional and luxury experience.
- Coordinate with multiple departments, including housekeeping, dining, and concierge services, to fulfill guest requests.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and memorable process.

Candidate Requirements
To be a successful Butler (Korean Speaking) at Baros Maldives, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in Korean (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience working in a luxury resort or a high-end hospitality setting is an advantage.
