1. Bookkeeper
Mookai Hotel is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage financial records and ensure accurate accounting operations. If you have a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry benchmarks.
- Assist in audits and tax preparations.
- Use accounting software to manage and analyze financial data.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification in or completion of AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) or CAT (Certified Accounting Technician).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong understanding of accounting practices, payroll processing, and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
2. Room Attendant
We are seeking a Room Attendant who is passionate about cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role is essential in maintaining our high housekeeping standards and ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities while ensuring proper room setup.
- Inspect and report maintenance issues to the relevant department.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Assist in organizing and stocking housekeeping supplies.

Minimum Requirements:
