1. Assistant Purchasing Manager (Local)
As an Assistant Purchasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the resort's procurement operations run smoothly. You will work closely with suppliers, maintain inventory control, and manage purchasing procedures in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement of goods and services for the resort.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with finance and operations teams to streamline purchasing processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role within a resort or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures and supplier management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

2. Assistant Storekeeper

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing materials to various departments.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of all goods to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the purchasing team.
- Adhere to company policies related to inventory control and stock management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in storekeeping or inventory management within a resort or hospitality environment.
