Key Responsibilities

- POS System Management: Strong knowledge and use of the POS (Point of Sale) system for order processing and guest interaction.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work in harmony with other team members and departments, maintaining high standards of service across all food and beverage operations.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that dining areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Upsell Opportunities: Suggest appropriate food and beverage items, enhancing the overall dining experience and boosting sales.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Team Player: Must be flexible, goal-driven, and an excellent team player.
- Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, as communication with international guests and team members is key.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of POS systems to ensure smooth transactions and a seamless service experience.
- Professional Appearance: Well-groomed with no visible tattoos, presenting a polished and professional appearance at all times.
