Job Opportunity: Waiter (Maldivian Only)
We are currently seeking a dedicated Waiter to join our front-line service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, high-end resort environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, personalized service to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Maintain an organized and clean dining area, ensuring that all tables are set correctly before and after service.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverage orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with a positive attitude, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Work efficiently with minimal supervision, ensuring the timely delivery of orders.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Maldivian nationality is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a five-star resort in the Maldives.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- A pleasant personality, energetic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a flexible work schedule.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A patient and service-oriented attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Able to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
