Current Job Openings: Waiter (Maldivian Only)
We are currently seeking a Waiter to join our dedicated team. If you are passionate about hospitality, have a keen eye for detail, and love working in a team environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
General Requirements for Waiter Position:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years working in a similar role at a five-star resort in the Maldives.
- Skills: Exceptional command of both written and spoken English. A vibrant and pleasant personality is essential to providing exceptional service.
- Work Ethic: Energetic, flexible, and able to work in shifts. The ability to work under minimal supervision while maintaining focus on guest satisfaction is crucial.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Personality: Service-oriented, patient, and able to work collaboratively with a team. You should have a friendly and professional demeanor, always ready to deliver the best guest experience.
- Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, demonstrating a hands-on attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guests’ needs are met.
