Job Opportunity: Food & Beverage Waiter (Maldivian Only)
As a Food & Beverage Waiter, you will be the face of Fiyavalhu Resort's hospitality, providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring their dining experiences are memorable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills to engage with guests from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and recommendations
- Ensure the cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
- Set up and maintain service stations, ensuring a smooth operation throughout the day
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure a high standard of food quality and service
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for both guests and team members
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 01-02 years of working experience in a similar role
- Maldivian nationality (only applications from Maldivians will be considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse group of guests
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of guests with ease
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service
