Key Requirements for Villa Attendant:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a five-star resort in the Maldives.
- Attention to Detail: You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every villa is perfectly maintained and spotless, delivering a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
- Communication Skills: As a Villa Attendant, you’ll interact with guests regularly, so clear, friendly, and effective communication is a must. You should be able to make guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Team Player: While you will be working independently in each villa, you’ll need to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Guest-Oriented Mindset: We are looking for candidates who are passionate about customer satisfaction and understand the importance of attention to detail when it comes to creating a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest villas, ensuring they are always in pristine condition.
