About the Role: Transfer Coordinator
As a Transfer Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of guests to and from the resort. Your responsibilities will include managing transportation schedules, coordinating with external service providers, and delivering a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all guest transfers, including speedboats, domestic flights, and seaplanes.
- Act as the primary liaison between guests, resort teams, and external transport providers.
- Monitor schedules to ensure punctuality and efficiency.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve transportation-related challenges promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests start and end their journey with memorable experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury resort or travel environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A vibrant and adaptable personality, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
