Job Responsibilities
As a Telephone Operator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest services. Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls using the resort’s PABX system.
- Assisting guests with inquiries and reservations promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and messages for operational efficiency.
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.
- Proficiency in PABX systems, MS Office, POS, and reservations systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
