Position: Staff Shop Attendant
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to fill the role of Staff Shop Attendant. As a vital part of our team, you will ensure smooth shop operations and create a welcoming experience for our internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell shop items to internal customers courteously, efficiently, and professionally.
- Assist the shop supervisor in maintaining proper stock levels by planning and timely ordering.
- Support the shop supervisor in effectively utilizing store space to maximize storage capacity.
- Identify internal customers' needs and communicate them to the shop supervisor.
- Implement effective control of expenses and costs, and conduct daily inventory reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in communicating effectively in English.
- Outgoing, friendly, and cheerful personality.
- Excellent customer care skills and interpersonal relations.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar operations.
